Please note that all information and documentation will be encrypted for upload/transfer and storage in our student information system (Aeries SIS). In accordance with the Federal Education Rights of Privacy Act, student data will only be accessible to district staff on an as needed basis to provide necessary services and instruction. 

The online process typically takes about 20-30 minutes to complete. If you are unable to complete the process at one sitting, you will be able to logout and resume the process at a later time.

If you are registering your child for the first time, you will be required to upload copies of the following at the time of registration:

• Your child’s birth certificate

• Your child’s most recent immunization record

• One document showing proof of residency:

• Recent gas, electric or water bill in parent/guardian's name

• A deed of trust, mortgage payment receipt, rental receipt with a copy of the lease agreement, or a property tax bill in parent/guardian's name

• Transcripts, for middle & high school students only

• Most recent Individualized Education Plan (IEP), as applicable if child was previously determined eligible for special education services.
